The Piedmont Columbus Regional Community Health Center specializes in general family medicine focusing on patients from 18-64 years of age. In order to be seen at the Piedmont Columbus Regional Community Health Center, you must go through financial screening:

• Must show proof of residency in Muscogee County for at least three (3) months
• Must have a Georgia indentification card.
• Must have an employment agency wage statement.

For financial screening eligibility, please call 706-321-6690. Once approved, patients will receive free office visits, free medications, free lab work and appointments for eye screening through West Georgia Eye Care.

We also collaborate with other Piedmont Physician Group specialty clinics. This will allow patients to be seen by physicians from the following specialties:

• Cardiology
• Gastroenterology (GI)
• General Surgery
• Neurology
• Podiatry
• Nephrology
• Vascular Clinic

We offer a pharmacy clinic for help in managing medications, weight management, smoking cessation and Hepatitis therapy, if deemed necessary by physicians.
